The beach is a paradies for jogging, snorkeling, fishing, surfing (you can make a course if you wish: surf or bodyboard) and other watersports. The most popular beaches like Ponta Verde or Pajuçara or the shopping center you can reach within 10 minutes by bus.

House with pool in Ipioca-Sauaçuhy

Ipioca-Sauaçuhy is about 35 km north to the center of Maceió. There is a supermarket and some small markets. At the beach are 2 bars.

The house is in a closed residential area. The land has 900 m2 and the house 300 m2. In the first floor it has 3 sleepingrooms with 3 integratet bathrooms.

We charge R$ 50,00 for the final cleaning of the apartments (R$ 50,00 for the house).

During your visit you are responsible for the cleaning of the apartment, bed clothes and towels. But the reception can help you to find someone for these services. At the end of your visit you can leave the last used bed clothes/bed and one used towel/person.
